On route to the #IsleOfWight Steve Maton & Richard Marrett of the #TeamFORGE Support Team discuss the ups and downs of Day 1 ⛴

Lots of fun was had but some difficult moments too- 7 punctures, a few minor injuries and a major injury that unfortunately, has resulted in us having to take one of the riders home to St Albans 😔 adding an extra 200 miles to the Support Team mileage

It is called a challenge for a reason and the challenges keep coming 👊

But, our riders are determined to keep cycling & raise as much money as possible for @renniegrovehospicecare 💜

We are getting closer to our £150,000 target - the money we have raised so far could fund two Rennie Grove Hospice at Home Nurses for a whole year! We would love to reach our target and help Rennie Grove provide more of their vital services

On Sunday, Bev of #TeamFORGE & his daughter Alyssa were out fundraising for @renniegrovehospicecare 💜

Bev is setting off this Thursday to cycle 560km raising funds for Rennie Grove along with his #TeamFORGE teammates 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️

Alyssa made and sold foot and body scrubs to raise money, whilst her Dad did a 2 hour spin just for good measure! 🙌

So far Alyssa has raised over £200! GO ALYSSA 🌟🙌💜
